Responsibilities undertaken: -Business and Research development: Generate new leads, contact potential leads for business, Outbound sales-Social media strategy development: Facebook account management, Twitter account management, Google search Optimization-Workflow management: CRM system updates, Research on effective tools to simplify workflow and productivity.-Report building: Year-End Reports, ROI Reports for clients, Exposure Statistics and Analytics, etc.-Account management: Maintain database, Manage Client invoice, Follow-up emails.-Event Management: On-site event setup, Assisting On-site clients.-Other Duties included: >Assist the Director of Marketing by attending B2B meetings. >Marketing inventory management as an when required. >Create creative content such as flyers, posters video material using Creative software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Video editing material such as Sony Vegas Pro and iMovie. >Assist with event management as well and ensure smooth running of the event while meeting client requirements.
