As the IS Security Manager of Monitoring and Response I work with the Director of Information Security Operations to lead and manage the Information Security Operations Monitoring, Response and Security Infrastructure team. The Monitoring, Response and Infrastructure team actively monitors and analyzing AdventHealth telemetry data sources to identify existing or imminent threats to the organization which may impact the AdventHealth mission of extending the healing ministry of Christ.

Provided enterprise support and standards for 37 hospitals and counting around the United States. Management of five Active Directory domains, DNS, SSL Certificate, Internal PKI, Microsoft ATA, and DHCP Infrastructure Management. Engaging a large number of internal teams to collaboratively solve large enterprise level customer needs. Working with my team to implement an upgrade of AD environment to Server 2016 with a large environment with domain controllers geographically dispersed across the country.Focused on providing high quality Information Technology solutions to support patient care at each of our facilities and ultimately supporting the organizational mission of "Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ".

Providing enterprise support and standards for 37 hospitals and counting around the United States. Management of desktops, from packaging and deploying Applications silently, to providing lite-touch Operating System Deployments. Enterprise wide deployment of Windows 7 to over 27,000 workstations in our environment. Working with my team to implement an upgrade of the SCCM infrastructure from 2007 to 2012. Ensuring a secure user desktop in all aspects from Group Policies, Software exclusions, Windows Updates as well as third party patching.

Supporting desktop, servers and interacting with staff to provide troubleshooting and excellent customer service .This includes, but not limited to, hardware, software, HL7, DHCP, DNS, 802.11 a/b/g etc and new project implementations

Responsible for $250,000 (annually) business associated with the sales of car stereo sales and installation. Responsible for hiring and managing staffing and all other functions associated with running a small business up to and including inventory and presentation.
