Mentored Quality Coaches across all IT departments, ensuring timely completion of Production issue retrospectives and prioritization of action items. Guided their leadership in retrospectives and led monthly meetings to focus efforts and learn from team accomplishments. Created Preflight tests to go through pages for the Liingo website. Setup a process for the Marketing team to review results in Applitools and how to create additional tests using Preflight. Used Preflight to setup dynamic test runs through webhooks on CMS change detection and run Preflight tests. Setup Proof of Concept and purchased Applitools, created tests and a pipeline that would run with every PR to verify new features did not introduce unintended changes for the 1800contacts website. Partnered with colleagues to upgrade a pipeline running our Build Verification Tests (BVTs) from a classic pipeline to a YAML pipeline. Created a deployment pipeline and automation using Cypress and Mailosaur to schedule Forgot Password Emails and alert a Slack channel on failures. Utilized API calls to Enterprise APIs for creating customer accounts, emails, and preferences. Created a PowerBI report based off our Production issues and reported weekly to Software Engineer group. Monitored and reported our Mean Time to Restore (MTTR), Mean Time to Discover (MTTD), and Failure Rate by team. Migrated a set of tests from Protractor to Cypress for Build Verification Tests (BVTs). Created Rapid Software Testing Badge (short course) for anyone in the company to use as a guide to learn skills that align with Rapid Software Testing. Led a team of 11 direct reports pairing on automation frequently. Most of the automation was Cypress, Appium, Espresso, and XCUITest. Mentored those direct reports through career, automation, test strategy, and collaboration skill improvements.

In this role, I led a team of two Test Engineers focused on writing SpecFlow automation for common scenarios and chaining API calls. We created C# wrappers around each REST API client library and used SpecFlow's Gherkin language to mimic our order-taking applications. These tests validated that new client library versions did not introduce breaking changes to existing features.
