Prepare drawings in Civil 3D 2016 with a focus on site layout, grading, sanitary sewer, stormwater management, erosion control and utilities. Prepare subdivision and land development plans, PennDOT plans, profiles, cross sections, details, figures, graphs and charts. Also implemented earthwork volume calculations (cuts and fills) on a variety of residential and commercial sites. Provided value-oriented design suggestions and reviewed drawings/documents to assure compliance with Hanover Engineering standards. Executed multiple Township and Municipal plan reviews with government agencies Hanover Engineering represents. Also used computer programs and spreadsheets for engineering analysis, and maintained computer files which allow efficient access to project information required by other team members. Participated in various phases of planning, proposal preparation, site evaluations, analytical designs, report preparation and environmental plans as part of a project team. I was also an integral part of a team which designed and obtained erosion and sediment control general permits (ESCGP-2) for earth disturbance associated with oil and gas exploration and production facilities.

Research Zoning, Subdivision and Land Development Ordinances. Perform feasibility studies, layout sketch plans for clients, pumping station design, draft and design sewage treatment plants, produce land development plans for Township and Municipality submissions, Erosion and sediment control design, stormwater design, sanitary sewer and water main profiles, assist with PennDOT submissions, traffic counts, vertical and horizontal street design, grading, preliminary stormwater runoff calculations, prepared exhibits and color renderings for clients and Township meetings. The software I used was Land Development Desktop 2007 and AutoCad Civil 3D 2008.
