Lead on one of the trading components and involved in various revamping projects with one being redoing the order handling system for the entire bank. An advocate in pushing for modernization in culture as well as technology, as some elements had yet transitioned away from a startup. These things included standardization in code, tests, the overall development process and most importantly the cultural setup in order to reduce risk, better quality and ensure scalability in several aspects.

SCRUM master for a cross-site team located in Denmark, France & Poland. Working on the new Fitting Software for Oticon Medical's newest generation of cochlear implants. Supported transition into two feature teams and worked on increasing output as well as predictability of teams. Here team culture became a larger focus later on.

Mainly doing a lot of desktop application development. Involved in the stimulation management of the electrodes. A secondary task worth mentioning includes a tool that automates documentation for CE classification tool for CE & FDA submission, in accordance with EN62304. All is done in .NET WPF

Brøndby

New product development in Sensor and NDE Innovation, done originally by a team of six, but now three, taking place in C#, .NET, WPF. Here I'm an all around developer doing things such as general architecture, calibration routines, UI, 3D, mathematic calculations, and data synthesizing. Best practices in the project include SOLID and DRY. The project is built up around DDD and some of the patterns used are micro services, producer/consumer, factory, MVVM, and parts of CQRS. We use Unit-, Function- and UI-Testing for quality assurance and to ensure things work on all three levels. We also do code review in order to assimilate each team members code as much as possible for readability.

Software development in R&D for production in the array acoustics department. Development mainly taking place in C# with either Forms or WPF, all .NET. Different tasks done in house are Noise Source Simulator(Reverse beam forming), Sound Level Output Calibrator, data synthesizing, and heavy data handling, and a whole lot 2D and 3D data representations in GDI+ and WPF 3D.
