Dwayne has over 30 years of lending and credit experience with several international banks, credit unions and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) financial services industry. Dwayne started his banking career as a Mail Room Clerk for Key Bank in Buffalo NY. Dwayne quickly developed an interest in Commercial and Small Business Credit and Operations, in which he performed various roles in operations, advancing to Senior Management.
