Energetic, confident leader and resourceful problem solver, excited by having to think quick in stressful situations. Many years in construction and event planning have provided me with a wide variety of hands on organizational & repair skills which have conditioned me to be quick on my feet to handle last minute changes and solve random problems as they arise with minimal time and resources. A cheerful leader eager to teach new skills to fellow employees and able to delegate staff and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.Currently volunteering as Director of Children and Youth Ministry at Passion Christian Church in Lancaster, California.I have always enjoyed teaching adults new skills and this has prepared me for my new passion to lead children and teens closer to a biblical knowledge and Christ like attitude. Whether it be in bible study classes, or acting as a big brother, i find it exciting to work with children of all ages and watch them grow.My art major in High School has developed my creative mind and artistic eye allowing me to work on various graphic design and advertising projects, the artistic designs of custom quilts (which is another passion) and prepared me for many years in Event Production. From artistic design of table tops, staging and room decor and eventual sales and client relations has given me a confidence to plan and produce any size of special events.My love of animals and God's planet round out my nurturing and compassionate attitude for working on my home ranch and sharing my animal knowledge with those not exposed to the joy of animals.
