- Increased user engagement on average of 27% through in-person or online training to hundreds of Pantheon’s customers and partner organizations - Scaled the Developer Relations team by Developing training materials that evolved into a standardized set of offerings multiple team members continue to deliver- Drove retention by assisting community members with any and all issues related to Pantheon through regular Office Hours and one-on-one consulting engagement on behalf of the accounts management team.- Represented Pantheon at over 100 field marketing events such as WordCamps and DrupalCamps.Improved inbound traffic and website engagement by creating content for Pantheon in the form of blog posts, videos, documentation, and sessions delivered to the community- Helped grow company from 30 to over 200 employees.While I was working with Pantheon Systems, I was the first real community evangelist and advocate they invested in. Aside from leading the field marketing efforts, I was teaching people the ins and outs of the hosting platform, and along the way, Drupal and WordPress. I love digging deep and getting others passionate about technology and finding out what makes them passionate about the tools they use.During that time I developed a lot of programs and initiatives which required well documented processes.
