This became a high-performing team of 130 people achieving $150 million in renewals, while growing that base an additional $45 million, the biggest piece of the ExactTarget growth engine. In addition to the global processes for this new function, a team of account coordinators and an "Orange Team" were created to own customer escalations to enable the success of the 'Relationship Management' team.

The channel quickly became 25% of ExactTarget's revenue, helping solidify growth in the start-up years.
