Provide technical and management leadership for Infrastructure and Database teams consisting of 11 members with 5 direct reports for the Statewide Automation Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) project. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, I provide strategic planning and best practices as Technical Architect to the Development and QA teams. Manage projects ranging from small to medium sized across functional teams. Perform tactical planning with project manager on upcoming projects and initiatives for upcoming fiscal year, which included project estimates, timelines, recurring support, and allocation of human and physical resources.

Provided technical and management leadership for Infrastructure and Database teams consisting of 21 members with 3 direct reports. Reported directly to CIO, I was directly responsible for a $7M annual operating budget, managing database, infrastructure, and data center, operations, and physical security. I worked closely with network team to ensure data security at multiple layers and managed multiple projects simultaneously with a strong commitment to quality and on-time delivery. My strategic planning with the CIO was based on company’s 12, 18, and 36 month business objectives and goals, while working closely with business units to meet corporate objectives and customer expectations.
