The Chief Information Officer leads the IT Infrastructure, Software Development, IT Project Management, and Information Security teams at WestCare. The CIO also develops goals and strategies to ensure the IT department runs smoothly and effectively; directs and establishes IT-related projects; monitors changes in the technology sector to discover ways WestCare can improve and develop; supervises the networks and computer systems to ensure optimal performance and security compliance; plans and directs the implementation of new IT systems; provides technology leadership across WestCare; and adapts and improves technological platforms to improve the user and client experience.

The Vice President of Information Security develops and directs the strategy and operations to protect information assets for a multinational non-profit behavioral healthcare organization with facilities in 19 US states, the Caribbean and the South Pacific.

Leading a team of five technology professionals performing application development, report writing, user administration, network security and vendor management.Leading various special projects including security investigations, data analysis, product implementations and training.Promoted to Assistant Vice President (2014).

Developed and maintained Active Directory Group Policy for a large Windows network.Was heavily involved with large-scale enterprise projects including bank conversions, workstation and server deployments and configurations, and operating system and application upgrades.Served as departmental liaison for all examination, audit, and compliance requests and activities.
