Acquired bare land and developed a forty-four-acre property in the Rocky Mountain foothills west of Calgary. Hired and managed all trades. Development included: one-kilometre of road through densely-forested mountain terrain; all utility services, including provincially-certified water and waste-water systems; an estate-quality timber-frame home, complete with a swimming pool, tennis court, zip-line and remarkable tree house.
