- Responsible for recording daily transactions into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to maintain up-to-date financial information.

- Recording, and inputting of digital archives for customer loan and credit files- Ensuring that all customer documents are accurately digitized, organized, and securely stored within Brimen system.

- Design work plans, delegate tasks, provide direction and be responsible to all heads of fields in the division- Responsible for all operational aspects of the organization within the division
