I have around 7 years of experience working with SaaS companies (educational software and government procurement.) Throughout that time, I developed multiple internal training programs, worked with troubleshooting issues for clients and helped assist colleagues with issues presented to them. Prior to this, I graduated close to top-of-class while attending the Police Academy. Prior to developing my career in internal training, I worked about 14 years in customer service-related jobs.My goals are to further develop my skills with internal training and work with a company that has room for growth.
