Recent graduate from the University of Houston in a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Minor in Mathematics. I am currently pursuing the opportunity of obtaining my Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Houston. My focus will be in the fields of study in Design, Mechanics, and Dynamics & Controls, which brings my attention to the applications in the industries of Manufacturing, Research and Development, and Mechanical/Structural Systems Design, Analysis, and Reliability. My spark of interest in my fields of study began with my favorite courses Thermal Design, Control System Analysis & Design, Mechanics, Design of Machine Elements and the enjoyment of doing research at the UH Center for Neuromotor and Biomechanics in my free time. I love to learn and take on new challenges that help me grow as a student and as a professional. I have always been mesmerized by the way the world around me works, whether it be a space shuttle, car engine, or even the way how structures are built, and facilities operate. I believe Mechanical Engineering is the perfect fit towards my interests because it not only helps me see but understand how things around me function. I enjoy the problem solving and the challenges that come with being an engineer and hope to one day work in a position that will encourage this work ethic.
