Darrell Cole is a 30+ year “veteran of the trenches.” I came up in the Commercial/ Industrial Mechanical Industry beginning my Apprenticeship in the early 90’s, upon returning to the Construction Industry where I started while in high school, after a 3/3 contract in the U.S. Army. Having acquired a valuable field perception I feel I have the fortunate insight for conveying, in layman terms, the technical complexities of Plumbing and HVAC Systems in detailing deficiencies and problems associated with them to help my customers understand the need for service or scheduled maintenance relevant to specific system operational issues and efficiency. I maintain a keen understanding of relevant building codes. I have maintained direct focus on Customer Relations in Commercial Building Construction, solutions supporting Capitol Improvements, Facilities Management Services,and Maintenance Services my entire career, this experience results in my becoming a solution catalyst for my customers.
