Nonprofit financial management requires balancing needs from fundraising, compliance, and programs while planning months in advance and then updating for day by day changes, all without losing sight of the organization's mission.Joining the leadership of Memphis Union Mission over 8 years ago gave me more freedom professionally and spiritually as my identities as an accountant and a Christian no longer needed separate compartments.
