The Process Manager is responsible for the daily output of its cleanroom in terms of quality and quantity. The Process Manager is the leader of a work center including the management and leadership of Team Leaders, Trainers and Operators for all the shifts of its cleanroom. The Process Manager responsibilities include implementing lean processes, proposing, and supporting continuous improvement, maintaining set level of productivity and product quality, as well as ensuring cost-efficient processes and conformance to quality and regulatory standards.Working closely with the Production team to assess the needs of production operators and trainers.Planning, organizing, participating and overseeing training programs based on business goals.Performing evaluation assessments of recruits and in-process operators. Using performance reviews and skills gap analysis to identify training needs of teams and individuals.Master all current cleanroom processes and show profound understanding of the cleanroom documents.

Responsible to fix manufacturing process issues and validating processes. Responsible to review and write work instructions. Training operators in their dedicated processes.Conducting engineering projects (Process validation, PQ of machine).
