Computer Science is really interesting because it allows me to interact with so many different fields. My professional career started in Germany working on a vehicle testing data management software. Then I went into the academic path, and became a computer science university professor in Brazil. This was undoubtedly the time where I could play in the "biggest sandbox". Over a decade later we moved to Germany, where I worked in the automotive software development industry for four years, and now I am stepping into a new field, where the goal is to enable an Open Source operating system for the autonomous train operation.I'm glad for every opportunity to learn. And have had plenty of them in my career.
