As the President/CEO of New Genesis Housing Development Corporation for over 15 years, I lead a faith-based 501c3 non-profit organization that provides affordable, safe, and sustainable housing opportunities for lower to moderate income families in the Greater Stockton and Central Valley parts of California. I have a passion for creating communities that empower and uplift the residents and address their related needs and issues, such as emergency housing, veteran support, and clothing distribution.With a diverse and rich background in communication and media studies, theology, community and civic engagement, and government relations, I hold honorary doctorates from Sacramento Theological Seminary and Christian University of Southern Indiana, and I have completed certificates and degrees from various institutions. I am also a pastor, businessman, and board member of several organizations that align with my values and goals. I leverage my skills and network in social networking, marketing communications, fundraising, and strategic consulting to facilitate and enable positive change.
