Led Gray Enterprise Solutions (GES), a business group of MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB). GES merged two MacB subsidiaries, Gray Research, Inc. and MacB Enterprise Solutions, Inc. GES delivered products and services in systems engineering, aviation, missiles, launch vehicle engineering, C4ISR, flight testing, logistics and facility solutions, data center management, and IT services. Led Gray Research, Inc. and provided systems engineering and program support to space, missile defense, and aviation customers.

President of Acquisition Services Corporation (ASC), LLC, a joint venture supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Corporate Development for a high growth small business prime contractor engaged in technical and program support for aviation, missile, space, and C4I systems.

Led strategic business initiatives, program development, and major program captures in missile defense, launch systems, hypersonic systems, flight testing, and system engineering. Coordinated strategic program development across the $6.1 billion ITT Defense segment.

Managed an ITT business unit focused on the development, integration, and testing of a variety of aerospace and defense products and services. Customer base included MDA, US Army, US Navy, USSTRATCOM, NASA, DOE, and industry primes.

Integrated four separate ITT businesses supporting space, missile defense, and hypersonic technologies at government agencies and industry primes. Planned, coordinated, and integrated the strategic acquisition of Aerotherm Corporation from DynCorp.

Managed an operating unit supporting missile defense programs in ground and flight testing, data acquisition, weapon system effectiveness, and modeling and simulation. Provided technical management for the Navy's Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) System Test and Evaluation Team.

Led the U.S. Navy's Aegis BMD Test Team and managed the acquisition of ballistic missile targets for use in all Navy programs. Conducted range site surveys, mission planning and target integration with the Pacific Missile Range Facility and the Sandia National Lab Kauai Test Facility.

At the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, was Program Manager and Systems Engineer for the development, production, integration, and launch of ballistic missile targets for flight testing of missile defense systems. Responsible for threat system requirements and emulation, system engineering and integration, funding and contract management, and launch operations. At the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, was Project Director for the Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III and Critical/Strategic Materials Programs supporting air defense and tactical missile weapon systems.

Provided materials engineering support to Naval Aviation Depot (NADEP) Pensacola, a manufacturing operation overhauling Navy aircraft. Acknowledged expert in welding, thermal/plasma spray, machining, heat treating, laser cutting, forming and casting.

Led a process quality team at the General Electric (GE) Battery Business Department, a nickel-cadmium rechargeable battery manufacturer. Implemented Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing. Completed Chem-Met Technical Management Program with assignments as production supervisor, material control specialist, advanced development engineer and manufacturing process engineer.

Began the GE Chem-Met Technical Management Program at GE Carboloy Systems (now Seco Tools) as a manufacturing process engineer and an advanced development engineer. Carboloy manufactured a wide variety of tungsten carbide cutting tools and wear-resistant components.
