Contracted to provide technical support and training to BC Ferries employees throughout the development and implementation of a new SharePoint document management system (eFleet). Developed a 2.5 day instructor-led, performance based software application training program for field technicians and Distribution mechanics on their Work Order Management system. Conducted several user training sessions using materials. Developed train-the-trainer material to teach peer trainers on new materials.

Developed and delivered performance-based classroom and electronic training to all WorkSafeBC employees on a new state-of-art Claims Management Solution (CMS) implemented throughout the entire organization.

Developed and delivered a ministry planning workshop that all staff attended; evaluated past initiatives and taught staff how to use the screening grid to plan their ministry initiatives for the coming year. Coached senior leadership through the evaluation and approval/decline of initiatives.
