Our Medical Fitness Therapy (MFT) Program develops a safe, 100% evidence-based care plan for patients with medical conditions. MFT uses strength training, flexibility training, cardiovascular training, balance training, functional conditioning, lifestyle education and continuous assessments to manage patients.
