Develop/execute action plans to course correct shortfalls. • Execute floor moves, preparation of merchandise displays and presentations consistent with merchandising concepts and guidelines. • Manage receiving processes and back-of-house operations. • Identify and train personnel on all OSHA, state and local safety procedures and requirements. • Identify, train and execute loss prevention procedures. • Manage the hiring and training processes. • Manage store Human Resources functions including, terms, payroll, transfers, promotions, contact information, rosters, reporting, and replacement time cards.
