Acting Shift Supervisor in the absence of supervisor for the shift. Assist with scheduling, floor rotation, discipline and insuring that the officers in my charge strictly adhere to the policies and procedures of the department. Lead instructor responsible for training and certifying employees, including new hires and management throughout theproperty in CPR and AED. Responsible for training new hires on the duties required by the department. Generate necessary written reports regarding security-related incidents involving guests, Co-Stars and/or the facility. Escort and observe guests and Co-Stars, to ensure their safety and protection; identify potential safety hazards and report the same tothe appropriate individual, for proper resolution. Lead escort for high profile VIP guests. Familiar with hazardous materials used on property, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing same. Act as a first responder during emergency situations. Maintain a working knowledge of the facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow Co-Stars of same, whenever possible. Ensure safe transportation of moneys; assist in the opening and closing of the gaming tables. Facilitate the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings. Maintain a series of keys, accessing locked areas as necessary. Part of the Pre-Opening Staff
