David is a CIO/CTO with over 30 years of outcome driven/customer centric technology experience. Most recently, he has been leading the technology capabilities at Hudson, the largest privately owned talent solutions company in Asia Pacific. This organisation is an absolute market leader to digital transformation, apply data-driven and technology to enable our consultants, clients and candidates across a portfolio of 8 different businesses.Previously to this, David lead the technology function at PetSure a leading hyper growth FinTech business, that has gained over 85% market share and >20% YoY growth, allowing the technology team to drive a relentless customer outcome focus. In this role David and his team created industry leading solutions, and thus winning the APAC Insurance Industry Innovaton award in 2018.Prior to PetSure, David was the CIO for Helloworld, a global retail, wholesale and corporate integrated travel business, supporting over >1000 retail locations and a top 5 online presense. Here his team, enabled the travel experience with transformational projects to improve productivity by double digits, whilst also creating a revenue streams exceeding $2m per year in services to the franchisee client base. At Qantas, David leading the commercial delivery function, he was at the forefront of many change iniatives creating an API integration platform, the first public cloud deployment and running the first agile project. Previous to this he helped transform Fiji Airways, lead many teams at Virgin, started up an international airline, was a lead consultant at Accenture across APAC and lead a product management team at AmadeusI am a passionate, hard working senior technology executive, lucky enough to work across the world to many role in Australia, the Pacific, Asia and Europe. I've always enjoyed a challenge that comes will delivering transformation projects, but also enabling the inner nerd to use technology to solve real customer problems and deliver. At the same time, I know my role is to develop and coach my teams to get the the best outcomes. I bring extensive agile, portfolio management and business partnering skills to the table, combined with a deep solution architecture background. I've been lucky in my career to work for some amazing organisations and thus be empowered to implement leading innovations that are making a real world difference.
