Current“People First Award” – top 2% of employees based on performance • Organize and facilitate all construction project activities (both in the field and at a corporate level) from initial design to full completion • Collaborate with teams of designers, architects, and revenue managers to develop products accurately targeting specific markets • Create pre-construction schedules, identifying critical path items and necessary milestones to meet various deadlines. • Identify special circumstances and constraints to devise effective solutions • Resolve all unforeseen complications that arise mid-project • Liaise between numerous other department heads, gathering and implementing critical feedback from CEO and President to guarantee satisfaction of all stakeholders • Reduce costs by driving competitive subcontractor negotiations and detailed contract execution • Conduct strict quality assurance inspections, certifying that each product meets the needs of all clients, owners, and customers • Supervise day-to-day activities of multiple teams of contractors with various scopes, budgets, and deadlines • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment, emphasizing teamwork, mutual respect, and career advancement • Work with Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs and third-party inspectors through permitting, code compliance, and inspection processes.
