They call me “Dr. Dwayne, The Multi-hyphenate," because I’ve had the privilege of making an impact across many worlds – from the arts and business to religion, education and beyond. For years, I’ve traveled as a background singer and actor. I even released my own music that charted on the Billboards! Before transitioning out of Corporate America, I spent nearly two decades as a finance and sales professional, closing nearly a billion dollars in sales. Today, I’ve shifted my focus to what I find even more fulfilling: empowering others. In the finance industry, I enjoy training sales leaders and teams as well as educating individuals and families in financial literacy. After leaving the corporate world, I founded The Whitehead Group (TWG), a leadership and professional development organization where we’re passionate about “Transforming Lives Through the Power of Leadership.” Powered by the Maxwell Leadership Team, TWG serves schools, small and large businesses, government entities, churches, and more, sharing transformational principles to help individuals and teams excel. I’ve been privileged to be mentored by the number one Leadership Guru in the world, John C. Maxwell.
