I lead the Savica team to implement the MotherSchools Indonesia program, a family based intervention prpogram in preventing violent extremism (PVE), located in the Bandung Kulon District (West Java). As the team leader, I am responsible in developing a program approach tailored to the local context in Bandung, overseeing program preparation and implementation, ensuring that each activity and output is achieved according to plan, and coordinating directly with the program owner, Women Without Borders.

Working on and leading various research projects covering several issues including evidence-basedcommunication strategy for health and environment, SBCC, and social marketing; collaborating withvarious NGOs/think tanks such as CISDI and Women Without Borders to implement communitydevelopment projects related to public health and preventing violent extremism; and managing Savica’scommunication platforms such as websites, blogs, and social media.

I was involved in the first adolescent nutrition modeling program in Southeast Asia, namely “AksiBergizi” as an SBCC manager. My responsibilities include developing work plans for SBCC interventionsin the project areas (West Lombok and Klaten Districts), coordinating with the field team and liaisingwith local stakeholders, and ensuring that each SBCC activity was implemented according to the timelineand expected outcomes.

I was in charge in facilitating the classes and preparing materials for three subjects in communicationscience department, which include Introduction to Critical Theories, Media Convergence and Practices andDigital Ethnography

As a digital media consultant, I am responsible for providing content for an electronic procurementplatform within the Ministry of Education and Culture. Furthermore, I am actively involved in promotingthe use of the platform and gathering meaningful feedbacks from users for its improvement. Additionally, I amtasked with managing communication platforms for the procurement sub-directorate, such as websites,Facebook, and others.

On the way of obtaining my MA from New Media & Digital Culture Program of Utrecht University, I had an opportunity to translate my knowledge through an internship position in Institute of Network Cultures, Amsterdam. My job includes producing articles for the INC's blog that addressed relevant issues such as the INC’s previous publications and current themes, for example Playful Mapping in the Digital Age, Beyond ICT for Developments, the Online Self and more. Furthermore, I designed recommendations for the INC's online approach in their activities to create international network.

As a junior researcher, I am tasked with supporting literature reviews and collecting secondary data instudies conducted by the communication research center, as well as managing initial findings for dataanalysis. Furthermore, I serve as a field coordinator, responsible for ensuring all field researchrequirements are met and coordinating with the main research team and field research team.
