Job responsibilities :1. Create a plan of building infrastructure facilities bauxite mine ranging from making drawings, job spesification , cost estimates, methods work, skedule tools, materials and labor, cash flow.2. Prepare and carry out tender every building infrastructure to prospective contractor ,clarification,evaluate and determine the winner of each building infrastructure.3. Conduct supervision, monitoring and evaluation of contractor work from the beginning up to the handover of work.4. For the works themselves:- Provide the necessary resources include material, labor and the equipment used.- Implement, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the work until completion.5. Organise all activities of the implementation of infrastructure building works and contractors from planning,implementation and handover of work so that the target time, cost and quality can be achieved as planned.
