1. Analyze the man power and machine usage, motion, method and layout new model and propose any improvement possibility to increase efficiency and productivity without reducing quality2. 1. Resposible for give support production team to increase output and Quality of the product through Quality Circle and Manufacturing Optimization with goal increase productivity.2. Lead Quick Change Over (QCO) activities with core team to reduce lead time when change over new model. 3. Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives to support method and process improvement. 4. Analyze and evaluate the problem in production line and provide the solving to ensure manpower usage5. Update the line balancing in a monthly basic for efficiency in manpower and machine usage
