Current1. Manage the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) or AMDAL process for factory expansion projects, ensuring compliance with local environmental regulations and standards.2. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the chemical compliance program, including the management of hazardous substances and the establishment of effective chemical management systems in line with regulatory requirements.3. Collaborate with the Health & Safety (HS) team to conduct regular inspections and audits, ensuring that environmental safety standards are met and addressing any identified risks or non-compliance issues.4. Manage the Factory Environmental Management (FEM) process, including conducting gap analysis, developing projection scores, executing plans, and creating actionable improvement strategies.5. Lead and oversee the planning, development, and construction of Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) and Hazardous Waste Storage, ensuring they meet operational and environmental requirements.6. Track, analyze, and maintain key environmental data related to energy consumption, water usage, and wastewater generation, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with environmental regulations.7. Promote and enforce environmentally sustainable practices across the factory, ensuring continuous improvement in waste management, resource efficiency, and compliance with environmental best practices.
