Resposibility:• As Scheduled planner coordinator • Maintenance Data Analyst for Improvement Program• Integration maintenance planning task• Second hand for all Maintenance Strategy issue (Schedule PS, Backlog, PCR, CBM, Cost, FMC)General Task:• Prepare Monthly Plan budget for Physical Availability (PA), Periodical Service Plan and Oil consumption plan• Produce monthly report PA, MTBS, MTTR and Schedule Maintenance Ratio (SM)• Prepare weekly plan Periodical Service, Backlog and PCR (Plant Component Replacement)• Prepare weekly plan Physical Availability (PA)and monitoring• Produce weekly report for PA, MTBS, MTTR, SM including PICA analysis • Prepare daily report for daily Dealer (OEM) cumulative Vs Budget cost, service achievement, washing & inspection achievement• Prepare daily report for PA, MTBS, MTTR, SM (MTD)• Update daily plan PS and backlog base on HMU updated (Monitoring service accuracy)• Monitoring Schedule maintenance task ratio• Monitoring basic maintenance implementation (Washing, Inspection, CBM, Order, Planning, Execution)• Monitoring condition monitoring achievement (SOS, Magnetic Plug, Cutting Filter, VHMS, PPM, PPU)• Monitoring PCR execution• Ms. Project Trainer for daily, weekly, monthly planning.

Responsibility:• Create (Open and Close) Work Order Number from ERP system(JDEdwards).• Create Work Order for OEM or External Job and costing.• Review Work Order for update of schedule start date.• Enter and close data for Operator Defect Report (ODR) into defect reporton ERP (JDEdwards) system.• Prepare service package for service schedule• Complete data and cost code on Open Cut Data Capture (OCDC) systemfor breakdown report application.• Prepare and review report from Mimir database for daily breakdownreport.• Completed document support for old components return to dealer forfurther repair include warranty claim component.• Update daily oil transaction report• Check and close SOS report result.• Data Entry oil, filter and cylinder rate (SOS
