Dwight Baker is the president of Endless Horizons LLC, a consulting company committed to improving the well-being of businesses in the global composites market. He has over 30 years of demonstrated industry success managing the full spectrum of raw materials, process improvement, technical support and supply chain.Most recently, Dwight was managing strategic aerospace business for Web Industries, the leader in precision thermoset and thermoplastic slit tapes for use in AFP(automated fiber placement) and ATL(automated tape laying). Web Industries also specializes in ply cutting and stacking composites kits meeting all the quality and precision expected in the aerospace industry.Prior to this, Dwight was the Vice President, Aerospace, at Composites One. He began his career in the composites industry in 1992 and has since held several positions in sales, sales management, business development, and project management. Dwight joined Composites One as the Gulf Coast Sales Manager in 2005 and was named General Manager of the West Region in 2007. He began his tenure as General Manager of the Advanced Composites Team in 2010. He was promoted to Vice President, Advanced Composites in 2017. In May 2020, he began leading the company's aerospace strategy and business development.
