- Provided Construction Management services with custom home builders in Rarity Bay, Tellico Village, Thunder Pointe, Kahite and Foothills Pointe subdivisions located in Loudon & Vonore, TN in a cost range of $235K to $1.8MM. - Also responsible for completing the development of three (3) subdivisions and the construction of more than thirty (30) speculative homes in a cost range of $60K to $135K located in west Knoxville, TN. - Responsibilities included but was not limited to overall coordination and quality control /scheduling and daily management of subcontractors including property development, property management, all aspects of construction management, project coordination, accounting, budgeting, job scheduling, estimating, procurement of materials, change orders, punchlists, home owner walk-throughs, contract closeout, warranty work and customer satisfaction.- (1987 - Present) Licensed Residential General Contractor in state of TN and completely responsible for every aspect of the daily management and operation for property development, property management, marketing, sales, construction management, accounting, and procurement of financing for the construction of speculative and custom homes in a cost range of $90K to $1.8MM.

Founder / President of Building For Christ Ministries and responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of this faith-based nonprofit construction design / construction management ministry for the building of God’s kingdom through construction for religious, educational and charitable purposes. Provided services and coordinated volunteer church mission groups nationwide to construct/remodel churches throughout the United States in a cost range of $150K to $2.4MM.
