Store Opening ExpertSelected to oversse the opening of new full priced stores. Coordinate with corporate office, construction team, visual merchandising manager and IT to ensure all aspects of the store set up are completed properly and efficiently. Ensure all product, store's collateral and computer equipment arrive and delegate store team on organization. Set up back office computer, receiving station, point of sale and Manager workspace. Test all equipment to ensure all are in proper working order. Oversee the cleaning crew to ensure the store is cleaned throughly and properly prior to grand open. Follow up with any outstanding opening issues. Retain previous Store Manager duties.
