Lead a team of order pickers, forklift drives, administrative support, and receiving clerk in the day to day operations of picking orders, staging and loading of freight, and processing of paperwork. Monitoring team members to ensure that they are following all procedures and completing all work assignments. Working closely with production to make sure parts are ready for shipments and manufacturing. Verifing all inbound and outbound loads and scanning all packing lists in the system. Make sure all materials are being stored in their correct locations. Monitor inventory to confirm that older material is being used first. Work with production control to confirm inventory is adequately maintained.

I oversee the shipping as well as receiving of all inbound and outbound freight for the warehouse. Directing a crew of 7-8 warehouse workers and 3-4 cdl drivers. I assist the supervisors in directing work flow for loading and unloading of trucks and picking of orders and storage of merchandise . I check the system for inbound frieght that is needed to fill orders, have it pulled and processed for shipment.

Overseen daily operations, set work schedule for employees, checked and reordered inventory, customer service,
