Job Responsibilities: Designs, develops, & modified tables, functions, reports and complex queries using Oracle SQL to meet users’ requirements. Develops reports that determined the new reappraisal values for neighborhoods in Orleans Parish using Oracle SQL. Provides technical support for users in the New Orleans Assessor’s Office. Also provides support and maintenance for Tyler’s iasWorld applications, by running batch reports and helping users with technical errors. Uses SQL to provide the Assessor’s Office with mailing labels along with attaching data to tax letters to be sent out. Updates parcels with giving data for neighborhoods to be seen for users. Coordinates with GIS to provide data or receive data for to update neighborhoods and provide reports that meet users’ requirements. Proficient with Oracle SQL, IAS World, Ms Excel and Word.
