djinspires! focuses on creating literary and musical content that inspires, encourages and enriches.

As director, I primarily work with our junior high and Calvin House youth program. These programs are framed and geared towards the educational and spiritual development of "at-risk" students in grades 6th-12th in the Preston Taylor and surrounding communities in West Nashville. I am responsible for the educational and spiritual programming and planning development for about 65-70 students and leading a team of about 25-30 passionate volunteers throughout programming for youth. Simultaneously I serve as a educational liaison for Preston Taylor students in the Metro-Nashville school district.

My responsibilities primarily included assisting admissions counselors in the recruitment process of new students to the college. Responsibilities also included: traveling to and from locations to speak on behalf of the college, assisted with data entry maintenance, and maintaining relationships with both prospective and incoming students.

My responsibilities for this position included the overseeing of residence halls for students across multiple dormitories. This position included routine programming, college guidelines enforcement, and building maintenance reports and analysis.

Responsible for the programming and spiritual development of adolescents ages 12-18. Also assisted in editing and planning for Sunday worship services, Sunday night youth group, and summer programming.
