• Monitor intercompany and intra-company balances and reconcile GL accounts• Monitor FX Rates and record gain/loss entries into financial system monthly. Distribute FX rates to Regional controllers and all departments• Bill out Corporate billings to global regions. Draft and record invoices into AR system. Set up new Customer accounts in system.• Develop and maintain relationships with Global Entities to resolve billing disputes• Work with Treasury Department to ensure payments and receipts are recorded to the correct accounts. Work with AP department to properly record accruals and set up vendor accounts• Prepare variance analysis reports.• Acted as company liaison to key external and internal customers. Review contract agreements between entities set up transfer pricing schedules• Prepare AR and AP aging for monthly reporting in HFM. Reconcile accounts at month end and assist in Corporate Reporting. Assist in half year and year end audits.• Assist in various projects as needed.
