As the head football coach at Soquel High School, I have led our team to win the 2023 CCS, CIF 4-AA NorCal Regional, and CIF 4-AA State championships, thanks to our hard work, dedication, and teamwork. I have also been an instructional aid at the school, helping students with various academic and personal needs. I am passionate about coaching and mentoring young athletes, and empowering them to achieve their full potential on and off the field.I have over 10 years of experience in fitness and sports training, as a former professional football player and a certified trainer. I played 9 seasons in the NFL, with teams such as the New York Jets, Jacksonville Jaguars, Atlanta Falcons, Indianapolis Colts, and San Diego Chargers, as a safety. I learned how to prepare and maintain my body to perform at a high level, and how to work with diverse and talented people. I also earned an AA degree from Cabrillo College and a sociology degree from San Jose State University, where I was the first back to back All-American in the school's history. I leverage my knowledge and skills to help my players and students develop their physical, mental, and social abilities, and to inspire them to pursue their goals and dreams.
