This includes the integration of devices into the company’s environment through Active Directory and Azure Cloud, and the management of end-to-end project implementation for new Teams Rooms, including equipment sourcing and room customization. I conduct research to source modern, case-specific equipment for meeting rooms and adopt innovative technology to enhance staff efficiency. I also implement warranty processes and coordinate with vendors for equipment sourcing and repairs. Additionally, I develop new processes to improve user satisfaction and efficiency, and implement both onsite and remote troubleshooting processes, documentation, and training. I provide technical support for high-profile meetings, ensuring seamless virtual and in-person events, and train and lead team members in supporting advanced meeting room environments and other collaboration events, enhancing nationwide coverage. Collaboration with stakeholders and end users at all levels of the organization, including executive coordinators, senior leaders, and external vendors, is a key part of my role to identify gaps in processes and service. I demonstrate agility by providing feasible and safe solutions in any scenario, including difficult circumstances or last-minute requests. My knowledge extends to software used for troubleshooting, such as Command Prompt, PowerShell, IP Scanners, Beyond Trust Remote Management Software, Intune, Azure, and Active Directory, as well as collaboration tools like the Microsoft Suite and Teams admin. I identify the root cause of technical issues through troubleshooting methods like Bottom-Up and Failure Analysis, and monitor trends and research to improve processes.
