Managing a staff of 10 employees. Responsible for distribution, staffing, scheduling and inventory control.

Alliance Textiles is company that process and distributes linen for hospitals.

Provide linen management services to ensure rational and strategic use of all reusable linens. Assist the facility in meeting their patient's expectations, while at the same time meeting budget objectives. Measure successes against National Average benchmarks and survey results, document initiatives and provide monthly reports. Attend Nurse Leadership meetings, Linen Utilization meetings.

Supervised a staff consisting of 40 union employees. Responsible for mail room, linen room, fleet services and shipping & receiving.Also responsible for staffing, scheduling and evaluations.
