I am an experienced executive manager with 20 years experience in management. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice Management from Concordia University of Wisconsin. I graduated Suma Cum Laude with a 3.93 GPA. I also attended Loyola University of New Orleans from 1969 to 1972, where I double majored in Psychology and Computer Science. This includes training, hiring, contract negotiation, and daily operations.• Worked with Judges of Orleans parish Criminal District Court to develop a seamless viable Electronic monitoring program that fit the particular needs of the courts without impeding the ongoing work flow of the courts. Achieved a 92% documented success rate, insuring clients attended court dates and eventually transitioned from electronic monitoring back into society. Responsible for all operations of the electronic monitoring/ house arrest program including hiring, training and supervision of employees • development of program policies and procedures, including emergency management and hurricane evacuation plans of parolees and probationers • Participated in Grant requests and management. R.F.P. responses and negotiations. • Marketed services to the criminal justice community, Also maintained close working relationships with all Courts and Judges; preparing and interpreting reports on client compliance • I also conducted investigations in conjunction with the Police department and District Attorney's Office, and testified in court on a regular basis in connection with those investigations I conducted internal investigations which ranged from administrative and rules violations to criminal violations.. • I also participated in counseling of clients. The clients served by this program included adults as well as juveniles. I participated in Domestic Counseling, as many of the clients were either victims or perpetrators of domestic violence. I was a speaker at Tulane University as well as other Domestic Violence Forums, and attended various Domestic Violante Conferences. • In this position I grew business from zero to a 400 client daily population in one year.
