Make recommendations on solutions to safety related issues and assist management with implementing controls.• Conduct Incident Investigations and liaison with management and the client’s Construction Management Team to implement corrective actions.• Monitor new programs and controls implemented to measure the effectiveness of corrective actions.• Administer the Behavior Based Observation (BBO) program on the project.• Monitor, trend and report peak At Risk Behaviors identified by the BBO program.
