Arizona Oncology is a division of US Oncology which is a part of McKesson Specialty Health Services.• Managed the entire network infrastructure for all Medical and Radiation Oncology Facilities as well as their Urology Practices throughout the state of Arizona along with a dedicated COLO facility located in Scottsdale Arizona. The Arizona Oncology Network Infrastructure provides network connectivity for over 1000 employees.• Managed the company's cloud-based VoIP Phone System (8x8 Communications) which includes user account management, branch management, auto attendants, ring groups, call queues, virtual numbers, and data analytics. Also managed/monitored daily "Add, Moves and Change" processes for phone system for all practices. Was also instrumental in negotiations for contract renewals regarding proper licensing, services and technical support SLA requirements with 8x8.• Established working relationships with several vendors for all statewide practices including, CenturyLink/Lumen, Cox Business, Comcast, Sparklight, ECD Systems, ATOS, TCS and McKesson Network Engineering.• Negotiated and managed the company's entire fleet of MPLS circuits and telecommunications contracts, and service contracts resulting in lower overall costs and improved service level agreements.• Primary IT Project Manager for all sites including new builds, remodels, site decommission projects, and all low voltage cabling as required (new or upgrade) for all sites statewide. • Established, administered and tracked the annual Infrastructure budget for Arizona Oncology.
