Arizona Oncology is a division of US Oncology which is a part of McKesson Specialty Health Services.• Managed the entire network infrastructure for all Medical and Radiation Oncology Facilities as well as their Urology Practices throughout the state of Arizona along with a dedicated COLO facility located in Scottsdale Arizona. The Arizona Oncology Network Infrastructure provides network connectivity for over 1000 employees.• Managed the company's cloud-based VoIP Phone System (8x8 Communications) which includes user account management, branch management, auto attendants, ring groups, call queues, virtual numbers, and data analytics. Also managed/monitored daily "Add, Moves and Change" processes for phone system for all practices. Was also instrumental in negotiations for contract renewals regarding proper licensing, services and technical support SLA requirements with 8x8.• Established working relationships with several vendors for all statewide practices including, CenturyLink/Lumen, Cox Business, Comcast, Sparklight, ECD Systems, ATOS, TCS and McKesson Network Engineering.• Negotiated and managed the company's entire fleet of MPLS circuits and telecommunications contracts, and service contracts resulting in lower overall costs and improved service level agreements.• Primary IT Project Manager for all sites including new builds, remodels, site decommission projects, and all low voltage cabling as required (new or upgrade) for all sites statewide. • Established, administered and tracked the annual Infrastructure budget for Arizona Oncology. Also maintained and tracked budgets provided by McKesson in regards to all CAPEX projects within my scope for the company in regards to the IT Network Infrastructure portion of the project. Many if not all of my projects were completed under budget resulting in significant savings for the company as well as McKesson.

Macy’s Systems and Technology is a division of Macy’s Inc and provides all Infrastructure and Field Services for Corporate offices, Stores and Distribution Centers.• Manage the network infrastructure and data center for the new state of the art Macy’s Direct to Consumer Fulfillment Center that supports approximately 900 end users.• Managed the local “Help Desk” and responsible for timely prioritizing and resolution of daily end user support issues. Utilized escalation procedures if third party involvement was required. • Provided after hours on-call 24x7 rotational support for the Goodyear Arizona facility.• Monitored a local “Moves, Adds and Changes” request system for PC’s, printers and telecommunications equipment.• Provide daily supervision of the local Field Services Analyst assigned to the facility and assisted local Manhattan Associates WMS Systems Managers. • Maintain the local IT asset management inventory system utilizing barcode technology for identification purposes. Produce reports quarterly on inventory and reconcile twice annually.• Established working relationships with several vendors during the construction of the facility including Compel, Datatrend, DataViz, Qwest Communications, Halifax, and Pyramid Controls and Beumer Sortation systems.

Medical Professional Assoc. of Arizona (now doing business as DMG, District Medical Group) is a contractor for Maricopa County providing physician services for the Maricopa Medical Center and their affiliated Health Care Facilities• Oversaw a staff of technical professionals, consisting of 1 mid-level network administrator and 3 mid-level PC/network technicians for a 450+ user base consisting of physicians, nursing staff, administrative staff and billing/charge entry personnel.• Together with the Network Administrator, installed, managed and maintained the corporate network and data center. • Managed the daily end user support and provided level 2 and 3 technical support when needed.• Managed a $1 million operating budget.
