    I HATED being a tenant! I have moved several times in my life and dealt with terrible landlords. So, I built this business with one objective in mind...be an AWESOME, ATTENTIVE, RESPONSIVE landlord and provide quality living spaces for quality people. And it's worked out pretty darn well!I built and actively manage a portfolio of ten business-owned rental and flip properties.     9 years ago, my wife signed me up to coach my 5-year-old son's flag football team. After struggling that first season, I made a commitment to not only learn the game, but share what I learned with others. I took my training and coaching background out of the corporate setting and onto the field. I started filming videos for my players and parents in the backyard. Then I put them on YouTube and other coaches started using them to step on the field with confidence. The reaction was so positive that we created a Youth Flag Football YouTube Channel and now train new flag football coaches the fundamentals of coaching and how to get the best out of their players each week. I provide video tutorials, drills, playbooks, and even equipment as they take on this awesome new journey! Our goal is to build up the future leaders around the world.
