Looking across the USAF strategic planning, requirements, capability development and future force design to ensure analysis needs are identified, deconflicted, and prioritized. Act as lead analyst to develop enterprise risk methodologies that synthesize inputs from across the USAF corporate structure to inform A5/7 leadership as they create their narrative in support of the SECAF, CSAF, OSD, and political leadership. I facilitate the A5/7 analytic enterprise to ensure that analytic tasks are identified and resourced in time to support strategic decisions. Independently, I help cross-functional teams to reengineer the USAF approach to capability development from a portfolio-based to a capability-based approach that incorportes mission engineering and campaign risk into recommendations to inform the entire USAF budget. I advise and guide adoption of multiple artificial intelligence and machine learning efforts that are changing the USAF approach to planning, programming, systems engineering, and analysis.

Leading and developing innovative analytic capabilities to support the introduction of design methodologies to provide responsive and innovative solutions in support of Secretary of the Air Force and Chief of Staff of the Air Force priorities. Our goal is new analysis in support of new concepts and capabilities to meet accelerating operational challenges, while simultaneously creating the organization to accomplish this mission.My teams perform analysis and studies across the entire USAF enterprise, supporting and maturing new operational concepts, employing innovative and adaptive wargaming approaches, building coalitions throughout the USAF analytic and wargaming communities, providing quantitative analyses of USAF planning and programming choices, and underpinning USAF design activities with decision-quality analysis so that the CSAF and SecAF can lead the SPPBE process instead of integrating stove-piped options at its end.
