We help the corporate staff at various franchise systems and their franchisees keep up with the insurance requirements in the system's franchise agreements. We, as a team, have a great incentive to make sure that that the requirements in the franchise agreement are being followed: to protect us all in the event of litigation. In today's business environment it is just too expensive for all of us to have coverage that is absent, or does not meet agreed upon requirements.
