- Established and led an Agile Coach Pool program for a global, Fortune-100 financial services company, consisting of 12 Agile Coaches, that took the organization from isolated Agile success to consistently high-performing teams across a division of 1,500 IT professionals. Also provided Agile coaching (onsite and remote work), software capitalization consulting, and thought leadership to numerous business units within the company in North America, India, and the UK.- Successfully turned around a failing Agile project with our flagship client. Over a period of nine months, mentored a new, inexperienced Scrum Master, and coached client executives and client/internal team members. Outcome was a high-performing team, a greatly improved Mindtree-client relationship, and one of Mindtree’s most successful Scrum Masters.- Conceived idea and acted as Product Owner for Mindtree’s Agile maturity assessment tool (AGE).

Contractor - Allstate Dealer Services

- Led successful Agile transformation for the company (Technology, Operations, Marketing, Legal & Compliance departments), and developed/implemented the first Agile SDLC at Allstate Insurance.- Agile Coach and Scrum Master for mission-critical technology and business development projects. Coached Scrum Masters and Project Managers, and led most of the company’s major initiatives and highest profile projects. Projects included the sale/transfer of administration for an underperforming portion of the Allstate business, mobile web/app technology (iOS, Android), new insurance product development, web presence, new back office and customer-facing software development, and software upgrades. Facilitated 2-year IT Strategic Big-Room Planning session and SWOT analysis.- Initially hired to manage a six-month high profile technology project, and successfully completed the core project in less than three months by implementing and utilizing the Agile framework. Was then awarded additional mission-critical projects to lead simultaneously – all of which completed on schedule and with a high degree of customer satisfaction.

- Managed a system portfolio including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), the corporate website, the enterprise portal/intranet, and all systems related to the Winn-Dixie customer loyalty card. Managed 20+ direct reports and contractors utilizing Agile project/team leadership. Improved operational stability of my system portfolio to near 100% uptime.- Successfully transitioned my portfolio to Agile frameworks and mindset, was Scrum Master for numerous projects/products, and led Scrum Of Scrums for multiple related/integrated projects.- Led large scale projects that positively impacted both the top and bottom lines including the Fuelperks program that has increased sales by over $34 million per year, an associate discount program that saved Winn-Dixie associates over $8 million per year, a customer data cleansing/house-holding project that improved customer data accuracy/validity by over 25%, and a project to migrate the company intranet to a new enterprise portal for associates and vendors.- Acted as interim manager of corporate legal and compliance systems for 2 years when a Director left the company, and led the implementation of new large scale COTS applications for CRM, email marketing, and the customer call center.

- Initiated and implemented process improvements that allowed for a 300% increase in the number of marketing promotions that could be developed simultaneously. Created and led a team of Operations and Training associates that dramatically improved field training results during marketing launches.- Managed all electronic marketing project initiatives and promotions for Winn-Dixie stores. Responsibilities included project management of 20+ IT and non-IT resources, and acting as liaison between the IT department and Marketing, Merchandising and Store Operations departments.
